For my birthday I got an Ulta gift card. I was so excited and happy to get this because I needed some new makeup. Ulta also just put a new store in my town but, because of the COVID 19 it has not opened yet. I am really excited for it to open!
So I ordered some products that I needed for my everyday makeup. I wanted to try a new concealer as my current concealer is not doing a very good job. I ordered the Dermablend Cover Care Full Coverage Concealer in the lightest shade. I have very pale skin and sensitive skin as well.
I got my box very fast and went through all my goodies. I love how Ulta tapes down certain products so they do not leak. I really appreciate that. Nothing like getting a leaky product like a foundation that leaked all over. Ulta stepped it up by taping it down and I think that’s so smart! Thank you!
I got my products and I opened the concealer and pulled the wand out and stuck it back in and pulled it back out and the tip of the concealer wand got stuck inside the tube. I was so angry and mad when I seen this happen. I really wanted this so it could help with my dark circles and now I cant use it!
I tried to write Ulta’s customer service over the weekend but, I guess that they might not have anyone working on the weekend because I was waiting a long time for someone to write me back and then nobody did. I tried again on Monday and got someone. They were very helpful and with really no questions asked they replaced my concealer no issues and at there cost. Thank you Ulta for great customer service!!
6/8/2020- Ulta sent me a brand concealer and works perfect!
